TLC Nannies, My husband Scott and I wanted to take a moment
to commend you on the exquisite service you afforded our family.
It gives us great comfort knowing our infant daughter Elizabeth
is well cared for each and everyday, and has such a loving,
caring and considerate nanny as Melissa. The last thing we
could of predicted is that TLC Nannies would be sending Mary
Poppins(Melissa)to interview at our home! My husband and I
can't recall using any service that made us feel so special
as if we were their only clients. As we know is not the case!
We must say we were very impressed at how much time you took
to really listen to us. I personally don't remember once your
agency stating that you didn't have time and we would need
to call you back! I also have to admit when I myself first
phoned I was very nervous being that I was a new mom and all,
and couldn't imagine having anyone take care of my precious
daughter. However, after speaking with you I felt at ease
right away and was comforted by your agency given your assurance
once I started meeting the nannies I would relax. I now know
that this was true and your service only sends the best candidates
that are highly qualified individuals! TLC Nannies really
takes the time to listen to the family and work to meet each
families individual needs! You really are an amazing organization
TLC! We have to tell you all of the candidates were a delight
to speak with! My husband and I had a hard time deciding since
we enjoyed meeting all of the nannies you sent. As you know
we decided on Melissa because after interviewing with her
we knew she was definitely the right choice for our family!
I just wanted to say, “Thank you TLC Nannies from the
bottom of our hearts”! If not for TLC Nannies my daughter
would not have such a wonderful caregiver! Please let all
of the nannies you sent know how much we enjoyed meeting with
them! Working with your agency to find a nanny has been a
delightful experience for our family one we will never forget!
