• TLC Nannies
requires that you are at least 18 years of age.
• TLC Nannies requires
that you have 2 years of nanny experience or equivalent Meaning
nanny experience plus daycare experience, babysitting, teaching,
group leader qualified, church nursery, etc..
• Require you are
a high school graduate and prefer you have some College experience.
• You are committed
to excellence (reliable and trustworthy, caring, compassionate,
willing to teach, instills good morals and values, etc...)
• You can commit
to a family for a year or longer.
• You are committed
to working as a team for the family you work for/with, providing
a safe and stable environment that considers the welfare and
best interest of the child/children.
• We also require
you have your own vehicle that is insured.
How do I get started right
away?
• To become a nanny
with TLC Nannies you can fill out the preliminary application
form on-line and submit it to our agency. However, this may
not qualify you to work through our agency TLC Nannies, Inc.
• Our agency will
review your qualifications and get back to you as soon as
possible to start the interview process. You will still need
to meet all of our many requirements and complete our interview
process.
• We will also will
need you to complete our release form so that we can conduct
a thorough screening of your background thru court records,
motor vehicle, employment history, reference checks, interview
